Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the US. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and successful sales leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the US, ideally in the retail and CPG space. The Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance sales team, driving new business development, and achieving revenue targets. In addition, the Sales Director will collaborate closely with the product management and account management teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and are effectively deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team to drive new business development and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Continuously monitor sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting to proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with the product management and account management teams on solution development and deployment
  • Understand and effectively communicate technical product features and benefits to clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target accounts
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and deploy the AI platform configured to their needs
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with data driven and insightful points of view
  • Navigate complex organizational structures at clients to build strong relationships
  • Meet with clients regularly to drive new business and expand existing relationships, and ensure that we are delivering value
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the AI space
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong technical background with a proficiency in AI technologies, Data analytics and their application in business
  • Experience working in the retail and CPG industry with an ability to understand customer requriements and to map those requirements into existing or new platform features
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performance sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with key decision makers
