We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and ensure that our AI platform is reliable, scalable, and meets our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be an automation expert with a strong background in data analytics, and have experience testing SaaS platforms. The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, analyzing test results, identifying issues and defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that our platform meets customer needs and is deployed effectively.

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar testing frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data analysts to ensure that test data is representative of real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to identify and implement preventative measures.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
  • Continuously improve the testing process, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Work with customers to understand their testing needs and to ensure that the platform meets their requirements.
  • Provide training and support to QA team members and other stakeholders as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing and data analytics.
  • Strong experience in automation scripting with Selenium or similar testing frameworks.
  • Experience in data analytics and database technologies, such as MySQL, Cassandra, Presto and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Experience in testing SaaS platforms is a plus.

Brownie points:

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure or similar cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Git Actions, or similar.
